Came in for a "B" Service on my Smart Forfour Prime 0.9L. was hassle free when booking over the phone, to dropping the car off, to picking it up again. The lady behind the counter was very informative about the service. Could definitely tell they did it properly as they change a brake light, the hand brake was 10 times stronger (wasn't even connected at the rear wheels before) and just felt much better to drive straight away.
They did advise rear tires getting a little low, no pressure sales or anything and said they will.be fine until my MOT is due.
Will definitely be back for my MOT when due! Only my £27 for a MOT! And will change tired then.
Feels good to go to a garage, feeling the car is better because of the service (actually fully being done) and without getting ripped off or pressure sales.
