All that I can say to Peter and Deana is THANK YOU! They were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. They were able to deliver earlier than normal without a problem, they spent loads of time on site helping set up at the venue at no extra cost. From my initial order, they were very communicative and updated me frequently on the status of the order and delivery. Their balloons are of a very high quality and they looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend them and will most certainly use them again and again. GREAT JOB CHELMSFORD BALLOONS!!

Would highly recommend. Once you enter the shop you realise what a great choice on offer. Plus displays that provide inspiration. Mine was a small order, but the ordering process was first class. The young lady showed me how the balloons could be grouped together etc. Agreed collection day/time went very smoothly, great handover and as with the ordering a few days earlier, the staff member was very patient and friendly. What a brilliant shop! Huge range of everything you need for parties, birthdays or any occasion including cards and balloons at great prices. I was so happy with my purchase and the staff were great!! I will definitely be using these again. Excellent service.
