Sarah Groom5 StarWhat a fantastic job Jim, Pam and their team did for our wedding yesterday. The guests were later than planned, the heavens opened, but they were all unflappable, and cheerful throughout. Putting up the gazebo in the rain for our guests was nothing short of heroic and so thoughtful. The food was fantastic (we will be eating the leftovers all week, hooray!) and we had so many compliments about the superb food, how relaxed and friendly the staff were and how attentive making sure everyone’s glasses were always full. Knowing everything was so well in hand meant I could relax and enjoy the day, and every time I went through the kitchen, the clearing up and washing up was constant. I am so grateful.
