Kay Stevens5 StarCharlton Grange is the best place I could have found for my aunt. We looked at many care homes around the area, and even trialled some for respite. Unfortunately the other care homes really let us down. When we approached Charlton Grange, they were extremely helpful with the whole process.
The staff are very caring, patient and attentive. Management are always on site to help and the activities are amazing!! There are exercise classes too- which means my aunt is getting out of bed and is really taken of.
I have recommended Charlton Grange to many, and will continue to do so!Monday 14th January 2019
Carla Collins5 StarI totally disagree with the previous review posted, this home has a real caring nature. All staff in all departments are professional in every aspect of the care they provide. The care staff really care about the residents and go that extra mile for them. Good home cooked meals with special diets catered for. Activities are provided as well as outside entertainers coming to provide musical shows - these are always enjoyed. Manager very supportive of families and their contributions to loved ones care needs.The residents really enjoyed the trip last year to Kew Gardens and cant wait for this years trip.Friday 4th April 2014

The one negative is that when calling the home it's been several occasions no body picks up the phone. Sometimes quite frustrating when you have a sick relative.Thursday 19th December 2019
