Day Novel3 StarInteresting variety of clothes and fairly good value but charmless customer service. We were polite but he couldn't be bothered to help us. Also, he held up his phone towards us from the moment we came in as if he was filming the whole time. It all felt very uncomfortable.Wednesday 11th August 2021

I saw the man behind the desk and I asked him politely what size did they go up to please.
He said that they went from an 8 to a 18/20.
I went OK.
Then I saw this pretty blouse and asked him what would that be size wise and he said sorry it wasn't going to fit.
HOW BLOODY RUDE AND INSULTING.
As I was leaving he said that bigger sizes were coming in and i just said loudly, I shan't be returning. So ladies if you want the rudest treatment please go to this shop otherwise avoid it like the plague. The man hasn't a clue about good customer service at all!!!!.Saturday 11th July 2020
