Brian and Vanessa the best of the best in helping myself and my wife with advice on the Harris Tweed coat, handbag, gloves and purse which I purchased!! What an exceptional clothes shop is Charles Hedley, (Chesterfield) and I can't enthuse about it enough. Just read a lop sided review previously written which appears to be way out of order and I'm sure that other customers would agree with my appraisal of Brian and Vanessa two wonderful, helpful people!!! I got a vintage LV Keepall from them and i really love it. It was in a very good condition considering i don't want to lay much money on this one. The team was very accommodating and friendly especially Tom. They will update you on the delivery status and very helpful with my other inquiries. More power to Charles Hedley and more success, till my next vintage bag. Cheers!

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. My mum bought some trousers for work for £29.99. She took them back as they didn’t fit. The man in the shop was extremely rude and refused to give a refund. He then turned the receipt over and read off ‘no refunds’ off of the back.. this was not explained to her at the time of purchase and I don’t know about you but I’ve never studied a receipt on purchase.

I went to Charles Hedley shop about a year ago. I found everything i was looking for and my whole experience with Bryan and his team was nothing short of wonderful. He sons are very helpful and always willing to assist in any way they can help. Great shop and lovely staff Bryan!

I feel ripped off, bought a hat, the guy even discounted it......STILL PAID £10 MORE THAN THE RETAIL PRICE. Avoid or it will cost you.
