My mother and I would be lost without this beautiful shop and its array of delightful gifts and cards. We have been visiting Charisma for decades. Whatever the occasion, birthday, christmas, baby, christening, a treat for myself (the jewellery glove and bag collection are my weakness). Staff are always polite and helpful but never over-bearing which can be off putting in other shops. I am pleased to support our lovely local boutique shops.

My Mum owns this shop and provides a tapestry of delightful products for one and all: jewellery, scarves, handbags, candles, cards, stationery, toiletries, toys, christening and anniversary gifts to name just a few! All staff are highly trained and experienced, providing a consistent warm welcome and professional customer service. Why go to Bluewater when Charisma has so much to offer? Pop in and see for yourselves!

I've been shopping at Charisma for over 20 years now and I couldn't fault it. The staff have always been helpful, especially when the large choice of gifts can make it difficult to decide. What a wonderful shop!

I am a regular shopper here. Great stock which happens to suit my taste, especially the greetings cards. I have never had any issues with the staff who have been helpful and courteous.

Don't bother going in if you're elderly. My 89-year-old mother was completely ignored by the staff on two separate occasions. On the second day the assistant was too busy chatting to her friend on the 'phone to attend to my mother, but did manage to serve someone else who had just entered the shop. My mother has now made her purchase elsewhere, and will not be returning to Charisma, which presumably is named ironically.
