We sold our house with Chantries & Pewleys and can't speak highly enough of them! We invited 2 local estate agents, Richard from Pewleys and another agent to value our home and discuss marketing it. I'm sorry to say that initially we made a huge error of judgement and chose the other agent, based on a sales pitch which didn't deliver and in the belief that choosing a bigger estate agency would help us in selling our home - a mistake we regretted almost immediately! After 9 terrible weeks, we contacted Richard who was very happy to hear from us (forgave our poor decision!) and almost immediately began remarketing our property with a fabulous set of new photos and a great property write-up, securing us an offer within days!
