Took my boys the other day and they were all so lovely and friendly. They managed to see us without an appointment which was incredibly helpful considering our circumstances. They did a lovely job with the cuts too, so I think I'm willing to travel back here when they need another snip. Thank you.

I love this hairdressers. It helps it’s close to me but when we first went there we were made very welcome. John and his team are very good. My daughter has the most amazingly tangleable hair you can imagine yet she comes out of Changes after an hour with Amber with the most shiny, sleek and beautiful hair. She loves her time with Amber. I recommended them to my mum and son both of who go there regularly now too. They never try to constantly sell you things or rush you through like your on a conveyor belt like other hairdressers I’ve been to and they certainly don’t push you into appointments that aren’t needed again like other hairdressers I’ve been to. They are a friendly, experienced and very customer focused team and I would now never take mine or my daughters hair to anyone else.

last autumn I treated my 87 year old mum to a soft perm, cut, shampoo and set at Changes and she was delighted with the result. We were told that she shouldn't need another perm until February and this proved to be true. However, since February mum has had two more soft perms, none of which have taken and, to add insult to injury, at her last visit on Tuesday she was showered and had two young ladies trying to dry her off with hair dryers, when mum got home she had been wet through! On each occasion she had been charged well in excess of £100 which I personally consider to be excessive. Unfortunately I have been unable to accompany mum due to ill health and had commandeered my brother to take her to each appointment. I think Changes saw them coming!

Went in today for a blow dry, very professional all covid regulations being adhered to. Aimi did my blowdry and she was absolutely lovely and welcoming I will definately be back.
