If there is an option for 0 star I would go for that. This place is the best combination of unhygienic, contamination ,rudeness and various other elements which is definitely not in favor of customer...this place is surviving purely because of people who know nothing about food safety,,,Any one who is sensible wont even dream to go there.....Avoid this place. It doesn't bothered me if you agree with my review or not,, look all of your rating on google and on tripadvisor which tells all about ,,and I am sure not all of them sponsored by your rivals....its easy to leave the feedback rather than contacting your management who themselves responsible for this poor service.

Somosa we’re tiny. Overcooked/burnt. Stacked up with red chilli powder. I went to the owner lady was serving I believe. I took the samosa back. She actually seemed happy that I was upset. She said people like them that hot. I said overcooked, she said they’re crunchy. I said small she was not bothered. I said my dad didn’t eat this one. I had already showed her one my dad couldn’t eat which was full of red chilli powder. She said we can’t refund it unless there is something wrong with them. (Which were 3 things I’ve already pointed out to her already) I said I’m not coming back to this shop… again, she was not bothered. How people get happy when we’re not happy is beyond me. Plus they’re 60p here and 50p down the road. And she wanted 10p for a little white plastic bag

Bought 6 veg samosa and when I was given the bag the lady confirmed it was six, got home and only four. Phoned Slough branch soon as I got home and they could not careless and no offer of correcting, not that I was doing to drive five miles. Customer service needs improving, will not be going back.

Awful counter service with rude woman. Why regardless of how many somasa you buy you only get one chutney and have to buy extra? This time the samosas smelled like old oil being used. Used to be much better.
