I bought a new phone here a few weeks ago after mine got ran over! The staff were super helpful in helping me choose and offered advice on how to retrieve photos from my old phone as it was too smashed up to turn on. Thanks guys! 👍

Que was long and very slow, a few people didn't want to wait so put their items that they were going to buy back on the shelf. Very short staffed such a shame.

There were 4 staff but 2 tills only. We were second in queue but after 15mins, the counter was still on same customers in front of us without much interactions except mouse clicks. Something is going on on the till but no communication whatsoever. We left as we would not rather stand another 15mins being attended when it's our turn. The other 2 unoccupied staff could have lessen the line up by at least assisting customers to retrieve consoles/laptop so it would be ready on the counter. Took our business elsewhere.
