Alistair Cairns1 StarSpectacularly incompetent at communications when things go awry. We all understand that sometimes things get backed up. However, they completely failed to respond to multiple requests for updates on expected timing during the week before a scheduled delivery. Only the third contact of the scheduled day of delivery do they confirm they cannot deliver on time. Either their information systems are shot or they don't like delivering bad news. Badly run, incompetent and rude.Friday 17th December 2021
