I have been using Lee at C.C Window Cleaners for 5 years now. Always the same high standard work carried out by Lee and his team. Had been previously messed around by window cleaners who would not turn up on time, or would not clean the frames properly, however Lee takes pride in turning up, and completing the job to a meticulous standard, frames always included. The most convenient part of going with C.C cleaners is that they send you a text message to let you know when they are arriving, so security is never compromised with gates left open. Reliable, friendly, professional, 10/10, highly recommended.. Keep up the great work guys!!

I am a relatively new customer of C.C window cleaners, and have only had a few cleans, but I must say the job they carried out so far has been second to none, a breath of fresh air after my last window cleaners. Great quality clean, really impressed with the frames – they look brand new!! Highly recommended professional service.

This morning I left an original review saying we had arranged a date and heard nothing since. Lee has since contacted us to explain that, whilst he didn’t come on the arranged day, he did clean the windows the day after. My husband had cleaned the inside of the windows the same day and, as it was not at the expected time, we failed to notice the clean had been done. Looking more carefully at the outside sills etc it does seem Lee did a good job. It would appear the invoice card Lee says he left through our letter box went astray. I waited 4 weeks before leaving any review, assuming any tradesperson would have been in contact by then for an unpaid job. Apparently this is not the case with CC Window Cleaners. Lee was clearly upset his job had gone unnoticed and resulted in a negative review. Unfortunately, the way he chose to handle that situation means I cannot simply remove my original statement or leave a positive review in its place. He decided to turn up unannounced at my front door with his complaint. I am 5 months pregnant and was alone at home at the time. He chose to highlight the fact that he doesn’t need to chase people for payment because “I know where people live”. This felt threatening and intimidating. After a subsequent further visit with my husband, I think these were simply poorly chosen words and actions by Lee. I am sure he is a decent man who let his upset get the better of him. However, the experience has left me feeling vulnerable and wary of who I choose to give my details out to in the future.

Brilliant company, highly recommend it. Used them for a gutter and soffits clean, and they came out brand new… as for the window cleaning, they turn up on time, announced, and get the work done to a fantastic standard, 10/10
