My Landlord sold the house we rented privately, and I can say that my first experience renting with the agency, and the Cavender was sensational! I researched the ads, and I contacted and went in person to most agencies in Guildford. I received personalized service from Luis Estrada (who followed the whole process and cheered for our new house). Jasmine and the others were amazing too.They are transparent, they clarified all my doubts. I had all the attention and care necessary to complete the contract. It was love at first visit! The welcome gift is very useful! I used the discount coupons for the furniture. And there are surprises inside!!!! I recommend Cavender Estate Agent Guildford as first choice!!!!!

Aaron showed us around two properties and did an excellent job of explaining the main features of both. He was very generous with his time and make us feel much more comfortable when choosing a property. Aaron was great at listening to our requirements, and suggested showing us a property we had not considered - this was ultimately the property we went for! He was also very helpful and professional during the whole moving in process. We’d also like to mention that Sarah was very helpful with queries we had when moving in too, including offering recommendations for places to visit, local cafes, restaurants etc. as we are new to the area.

Luis was extremely helpful, guiding us every step of the way, always smiling and treating us with respect. He helped us making the right decision, on a road that was quite bumpy sometimes. He did not mind being called out of the working hours and always did his best to help us.
