Jane Frith1 StarI’ve visited CG as a local for the last 5 years.... beautiful merchandise and a lovely shop .. BUT customer service and friendliness is quite frankly non existent. Particularly bad experience yesterday with MISERABLE Clare who struggles to put a smile on her face at the best of times but absolutely no concept of the experience a customer should have and expects at a shop like this. She makes you feel like you are honoured to be shopping there... I ended up cancelling my order through non existent customer service and a gut full of bad experiences and by my own choice will not be shopping there again! I have wanted to complain before with other experiences but haven’t, extremely non customer focused and frankly extremely rude, I wouldn’t dream of treating customers in such a demeaning way... we can shop elsewhere folks 0/0Saturday 17th April 2021
