Exceptional service. Truly 5 star. Clothes cleaned, pressed and presented perfectly. I even had to bring forward my collection date unexpectedly, and it was met, without fuss. Staff are all lovely, polite and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I took my white jacket to Cartiers with a nasty red wine stain and was expecting to be told that it couldn’t be cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised when the lovely lady said that they would try and get the stain out and they’d let me know how they got on. I had a text yesterday to say it was ready (another very nice touch!) and when I picked it up I was amazed that the stain was completely gone. My jacket looks like new and I will definitely be using Cartiers again.

I visited Cartier’s dry cleaners after a previous dry cleaners was unable to remove a stain from my dress. I was pleasantly surprised when Cartier’s managed to remove this and left my dress looking like new. Very professional, I would certainly recommend.
