Enquired about a special watch for my wifes 40th, the level and depth of expertise in the response was outstanding. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Due the pandemic I could not stretch to what I had hoped for so did not ultimately purchase. From the moment I walked into the shop Andrew made me feel extremely comfortable. With being a business owner myself it was clear that Andrew was more than aware how to treat a prospective customer. He was more than willing to explain about the clocks that are on sale even though he was aware that it was a watch I was interested in, what an education,amazing, he then took more than enough time out to explain the various watches that were on sale. With his advices I then chose what I liked, I took a photo and sent it to my wife , I then advised Andrew that I would go for a coffee and discuss my choice with my wife, this I did then returned to the shop to complete my purchase. Andrew then organised for the watch to be properly fitted, this was done immediately. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a watch or clock I would advise to visit this shop, it’s like Aladdins cave. What a wonderful experience, Thank you so much, Sean.

I can only recommend to anyone selling not purchasing. Was very surprised by the service received. I was in email communication with Andrew who advised I visited the shop so they could take a look at the timepiece. The subject line and conversation clearly stated it was a diamond dot dial. Upon entering the store, I was greeted poorly and told "we won't buy Diamond dials". Absolutely fine, however instead of wasting my time, perhaps a more professional service from so called "experts" could off been provided. P.S. other local alternatives will provide a greater service.
