In the shop haven’t tried to resolve or sought alternative solutions. They don’t care about the massive inconvenience this now causes me. No reasons for cancelling.Friday 8th September 2023

Measured it all up paid booked for fitting which was today even spoke to them to make sure fitting was definitely being done today they said yes. Then my partner finds out just that they now need a surveyor to come out and measure up🤔 hope they don't think we will be paying anything more than we already have they have cost us alot of money today as everything is in the kitchen as we've had to empty the other rooms which means iv had to take the kids out for food today and now they are not coming today which means it will cost me that again when it is fitted. Not just that I have a son with autism so I had to get him used to the fact today was going to be abut different as people was coming to fit the carpets now I have to change that whoch will now ruin his day as changes are not good for him. I've told my partner to get a refund I'm hoping he listens to meMonday 4th September 2023

Beckie Bonham1 StarWhat an absolute joke! I went in the store they measured up quoted and I paid assuming it’s all done! Then they come to ‘remeasure’ and try to charge me more! I then called up to enquire and despite telling me specifically my hallway was getting done I’m now not getting a hallway carpet and they’re trying to get me to pay more again?! Spoke to a miserable non understanding manager I can see this order being cancelled shortly! I would also like to add that the sales gentlemen on the remeasure asked me to ‘sign here to confirm he had measured the carpets’ however he was trying to get me to sign to agree to pay more! I kind of feel like they’ve come into my home wasted my time then tried to scam me out of more money. Wishing I’d gone with Bradfords instead! Would not recommend at all!Wednesday 2nd August 2023
