Had a carpet last December, after fitting noticed a line in the carpet. Informed the blackburn store where we purchased it and were told someone would be out to look . He came on the 6th Jan 22 told us it was a pull mark and would fade with time approx one month. Contacted the store again after a month mark still there. Having contacted store a further 6-7 times nothing has been done terrible customer service I had to do all the chasing store and managers couldn't care less . Update.... Carpetright have once again managed to cover themselves in glory. It was finally arranged after over 8 months of pratting about over who can make a decision on replacing faulty carpet that they would fit a new piece on the 5th of Sept hurray . My joy and to be honest surprise was however short lived as after taking a day off work I was informed by the fitter his work load was such that he wasn't going to get here . After sorting it with the fitter to attend on Saturday the 10th of Sept I sat back thinking all is good . After contacting fitter on Friday the 9th to confirm his attendance on the the following day he informed me he'd be with me after 11am as requested by myself happy days I naively thought. At 10am on Sat 10th i received a text from fitter saying he'd only just rolled the carpet out and it was to creased to fit today so he would not be attending. I rang carpetwrong again on Thursday 15th Sept after hearing nothing from them to be told the manager would contact me on the 16th sept and guess what nobody rang surprise surprise. CARPETWRONG IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE ??? I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT A NATIONAL COMPANY CAN BE SO INCOMPETENT IT IS QUITE FRANKLY PATHETIC . It appears after paying your money to carpetwrong you takes your chances . Stay away from this company if you want ... 1. A perfect carpet as paid for 2. Any semblance of customer service 3. A speedy outcome to any problems encountered on your carpetwrong experience

Went to get carpets lads inside were helpful. We needed carpets from the Liverpool branch. Unfortunately Liverpool branch was not helpful at all so they lost the purchase from us!
