After visiting all the major DIY stores in an around Nottingham for an item I needed, I stumbled across Carlton DIY, Steve was really helpful and within two days he had got me what I needed, he was so helpful and nothing is too much trouble, extremely polite and the customer service that this shop provides is a rarity these days. The shop is a 30 minute car journey, but I will gladly do this in the future when I need other things. Well done Steve and best wishes for the future.
