Sarah Tipton5 StarMy Grandmother 98 moved to Carleton Court for respite care when the country went into lockdown in March 2020. It has been an incredibly challenging time for everyone especially the staff and residents at Carleton Court. The management and staff have done such an amazing job keeping the residents safe and well and avoiding the spread of this horrendous virus. They have gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe and well.
It has been hard not being able to visit but my Grandmothers spirits have been kept high and she remains determined she is going to go home again! She is very happy at Carleton Court and is grateful for all the care and support she receives. I had my first visit in the new garden room 2 weeks ago which was so special. Upon arrival I mentioned to Rod that my Grandmother was hoping to have a cup of tea with me, I explained I had brought along a cream cake for us and asked if he could make us a cup of tea. Not only did he make us a lovely cup of tea he also provided plates with doilies and a knife, it really helped to make our day very special. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the home always put the residents first. I am confident my Grandmother is in the very best place, she is safe, warm, fed, watered, very much cared for.and happy.Friday 7th May 2021
Angie Peace5 StarThe staff are wonderful, very kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble. My mum was looked after so well whilst there and was so much better after her stay. Highly recommendedFriday 4th December 2020
