We have both a large private client base and a wide variety of corporate clients, which includes everything from 5 star hotels to housing associations and hospitals to council authorities. Specifically in your category, for many years we have been working regularly with many local letting agents. We carry out service work for Housing Associations and local authorities, this can involve working at sites with elderly or vulnerable people, working with their carers for access we aim to make the entire process as stress free as possible. We carry out work for individual landlords through to national letting agent chains, we take the stress out of the situation by dealing direct with the tenants to arrange access etc, we always insist on an agreed maximum repair limit so that there are no nasty surprises in store, all we require is a works order and we do the rest. We carry out work for major manufacturers in the Uk including Smeg, Rangemaster, Elica, Caple as well as numerous smaller brands. We also carry out work on behalf of of of the Uk’s biggest insurer of whitegoods D&G

These guys are brilliant, so helpful. i have used these guys in the past and today my rangemaster cooker wasn't working due to clock button. the engineer talked me through what to do. Such lovely guys. cannot recommend these guys high enough 5 stars

I don’t recommend this company. 15 days of email ping pong to get a booking. Received an excuse of “sorry we didn’t see these replies”. Would have dragged out longer if I hadn’t chased them up. Requested a call back twice but they continued to email. Said they’d order a pump in for my Bosch dishwasher, showing error 21. Wait another 5 days for that. Potentially this would have dragged on for 5 weeks. Engineer alluded that they weren’t even that busy. Cut back to 2 engineers. Aden spent 20 minutes putting my machine on a quick cycle, opening & closing the door to check the water was draining. “It’s the pump clip that isn’t in properly I think”. Told Him “yes it was & I’d even checked on Youtube to see how to fix the machine before contacting them”. Had issues before with the clip then I got it working myself. Wasn't really listening, perhaps because I'm female. I get this alot with tradesmen not listening to what I'm saying. Explained it was showing error 21 before the cycle ended & his boss told me he’s ordered a new pump. Pump was working on different cycles, so doesn't need a new one. Told me to get some sink unblocker & call back if I get the error again. An invoice for £78 - (65 plus vat) arrived straightaway in my inbox (pay immediately on it). This call out fee was not disclosed to me at any stage in communication. I was quoted an approximation £190 for the full repair to replace the pump, after sending a detailed email of the issues in October. In the end Debbie called me to say I needed to contact Bosch as it's a motherboard issue. I could have been saved 3 weeks of unnecessary stress, if they would have just called me back weeks ago. This is the problem with these appliance repair companies, they avoid speaking to you on the phone so they can rip you off with a high call out charge. Ignoring what you've said. Telling you they can’t fix it anyway.

Can't relate highly enough. Our oven had tripped and given my partner a shock. A lovely chap spent a good 40mins fixing it. He even used a bracket he had spare instead of ordering one in (in his words, would take weeks!) and didn't charge me any extra. He also checked the earth, which was unrelated to my original issue and found it wasn't fully connected, which is why we had a shock. He was very thorough and very professional. Would definitely use again, fingers crossed I don't have to! 🤞

Called to enquire about an engineer coming to repair our machine machine - bra wire became lodged in the drum. The lady who answered the call took details of the make/model and was able to give me advice over the telephone about what to do therefore saving me both the cost of an engineer and potentially a new machine. Whilst an engineer didn't come out their customer service alone would have me return should I ever find myself needing an appliance repaired. Fantastic. Such a friendly, helpful lady on the telephone who is clearly very experienced in what she does.
