Ordered a fall detector for my Grandmother as she lives alone and is unsteady on her feet. She now feels a lot safer knowing that she has this in case she falls and no one is visiting. Plus the peace of mind this gives me and my family is invaluable. Totally recommend for anyone who has a vulnerable relative that lives alone.

Bought this for my 86 year old mum. Excellent system the pick up radius is far better than her previous supplier. The Unit came very quickly thought the post. The installation was easy plug into the telephone socket and an electrical socket, then call Carelink who check the transmission whilst your take the fob to the furthest boundary. Thankfully the alarm has only been activated twice since installed, Carelink responded immediately. I'm not particularly tech. savvy but was easily able to install this device and get it up and running with the assistance of telephone support at Carelink therefore would defiantly recommend this service.
