Angel1 StarThe staff are rude! My mother accidentally got ‘just married’ balloons for my birthday and the staff couldn’t even try to help me or give me another solution they just looked at me like ‘it’s your problem not mine’. My mother also bought at the same time happy birthday signs so I’m confused on why the staff wouldn’t think to mention that we might have got the wrong ballons and we were also talking about my birthday in the shop.
