PVW1 StarBought a part off eBay, what I bought and what I received differed so I politely requested it to be changed.
I was asked to return it at my expense and received nasty sarcastic replies saying I should have read the advert yet, i proved they supplied the wrong item and suddenly the advert picture was changed, funny that.
Unprofessional and plain rude, best be avoided.
The reply is lies, I proved you supplied the wrong part. Your part is less bar than the item you pictured, FACT, and also why you suddenly changed the picture, again FACT.
Return postage comment more lies, why should I collect your error, you should.
