From the first call I knew I had called the right company. After scheduling the detail I realised I had an appointment earlier than we had agreed. I mentioned this to Mike and suggested I would leave a key out for him, but Instead he offered to arrive an hour earlier so it would avoid the need for this. I handed him the keys to my 7 seat SUV, covered in mud and filled with various remnants of the 3 course meals it looks like my kids have when we are our in the car with them, and left with a sense of guilt. I arrived back around 2 hours later and I thought he had finished, the car looked incredible! Mike laughed at me and said he was only on the first pass! Little did I know what he was going to do! He’s a magician, (don’t call him magic mike though....my wife insists that is something else entirely different!), I came out to check on him, see if he needed a brew hourly, and each time the car looked different and better again, and each time Mike was also willing to impart some of his extensive knowledge and experience, pointing out areas of attention that I might wish to address, paint imperfections, scuffs that could be removed, reasons for particular high wearing areas etc, he knows a lot about paintwork and interior detailing. In the end he completely transformed my car, it looked and felt like new again, in fact, he had totally changed the colour, from a foggy dull blue, to one that was in all its original glory! IT LOOKS AMAZING! I’m over the moon, he worked so hard on the car and it shows, I’m just fearful to drive it now! I get a huge sense of satisfaction seeing rainwater beading up on the bonnet, knowing that puddle water will be sliding straight off again! I will also be getting him back for a full stage 2 cut and polish as there are a few verge scuffs on the car that he can fix, and bring the lacquer coat back to new again. He will also be back to do the same job on my other car too! Can’t wait!

Arranged for a remap on a vehicle and agreed time and cost. On day off remap Chris did not show up and when I called he said he had been involved in an accident and his car and equipment was damaged. A short while later I got a colleague to call to book in a remap and he said he could do it the next day with no mention that his car or equipment was damaged. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY BLATANTLY LIE AND WASTE PEOPLES TIME
