From planning to installation of our veranda, everything was professional. Simon and John in the backroom measuring and designing of such a large structure, Dave and team in the erection, all was efficient and precise. On Saturday/Sunday 23rd/24th April some kind vandals decided to make a hole in my shop door window. Sadly no one does boarding up over week ends now days, BUT by closing time on Monday 25th April the door was securely boarded thanks to Steve Knibbs, the manager of Camel Glass, Barnstaple, and his skilled fitter Phil, who did the job on his way home from work. Fast forward to Friday 29th April, and the wired glass is fitted in the shop door by about 5.30pm, again by Phil on his way home from work. So now I have a secure shop door once again, and can look forward to keeping a little warmer during my days in the shop. All thanks to Steve and Phil at Camel Glass being willing to put themselves out to provide much more than excellent customer service, and workmanship. I really do appreciate the kind help and prompt serviceyou have given me. Thank you so very much. Normally one can expect to be kept waiting for weeks, if not months for these kind of repairs, BUT not with Camel Glass, thanks to you guys! This is the third time Camel Glass, Barnstaple, have given me excellent service over the last twenty years. Both large plate glass windows have been replaced, thanks to vandalism, and now the shop door glass. In my language – Praise God for Camel Glass, Barnstaple!
