Usually really good but you might wanna specify what the spicy chicken burger is like. Most places use spicy mayo on a regular fillet burger, rather than saturating the fried fillet in the hottest sauce known to man. Literally breathing fire here.

To be honest I am quite cross with the staff that are working here at the moment. We started ordering from here in February and it was fantastic for 4 months and we started ordering from here for a little while because my Mother was having trouble getting through with Tony’s in Bacup back at the time. But this past month this place has disappointing gone downhill, last time we ordered it was over and hour late and my Mother had to ring you guys to find it where the food was and the guy on the phone didn’t seem very bother in answering my Mother very well it was due in Edgeside for 8.25pm but he said that it only just seated off at the due time and don’t blame the roadworks when it isn’t this and your drivers just want to seat off when they feel like it I had a poor child waiting to have his tea and he had it right at his bedtime which I don’t think is good for his health. We ordered from here again yesterday and it was over an hour late my Mother was just about to phone you to check where her order was. I don’t know what’s going on between these two businesses but one minute this place is taking the mick out of us or if it’s not this place then it’s Tony’s Pizza and Kebab house in Bacup as we’ve experienced an issue like this with them multiple times at the moment but haven’t been so bad lately. I am sure that the staff at Tony’s & California share sifts and I don’t think that you always have the best drivers and yesterday when the food arrived it was stone cold. But yeah I’m a bit disappointed.

1st time here as recommended by family member great customer service good value for money and food was out this world Drove to pickup and back home food was still steaming hot If 1 thing I would change lots of pepper in the chicken gravy will knock KFC gravy out the window Keep up the good service and food I’ll defo be back Steve

Started off as a great company with the quickest delivery ever but I’m getting sick and tired of ordering a meal for myself and it taking an hour I live not 30 seconds away! your going down hill if you can’t keep up with the deliveries and orders don’t take them I’m still waiting right now for 1 meal for myself and it’s now been 1 hour 10 minutes it’s 1 meal fgs.

I felt extremely intimidated in this place. I had gone onto the website to check the menu then called with a pick up order. I was charged over 10 more than what the menu stated and they were very angry when i said i would not be paying. Shocking customer service. Very rude 'boss' he has no people skills at all. Food was sub standard and cold even though i had got there 5 minutes before the time stated. While i was ther, some poor customers cheesy chips were being warmed for the second time. Never again. I had heard some bad things about it but as im new to the area i thought i would give it a try...
