I believe in love and romance, surrounding ourselves with friends and family and dancing the night away till the early hours.  Which is why I realise I have the best job ever. A wedding day has a special and rare chemistry that can’t be found anywhere else. And I’m completely obsessed by it. I design and make each and every wedding cake from start to finish and have a deep passion for sugar craft and design, taking inspiration from everything around me like fashion, haute couture, floristry, interior design, architecture and nature. My nature is warm, helpful and understanding and my cake designs are stylish and romantic. I ordered a celebration cake to help celebrate mine and my sisters 60th birthday. I chose a design that Jan had done before, Trinket Box We chose lemon sponge with lemon curd and French meringue filling. When I saw the cake, beautifully packaged it took my breath away. The cake travelled down to Shropshire, in my car, perfectly safe. Everyone thought it was stunning and when we got to taste it we were blown away.

Jan was the answer to a dream - I struggled to find a wedding cake designer who knew how to do a traditional wedding cake with royal icing and a sugar posie on top. When i contacted Jan, she said this was one of her favorite styles and that not many brides request it in favor of more modern techniques. Not only did the cake live up to the vision I had, but it also tasted divine! Jan even prepared a take away cake for us that was just as wonderful. Jan has excellent service, a hand rendered sketch (worthy of framing) of designs to choose from, excellent presentation materials and she was such a joy to work with on the journey to the big day!

Jan is the most amazing Cake maker/decorator. She has never ever let us down whether it be Wedding Cake for my Step-daughter, Christmas cake for us or absolutely amazing birthday cakes she stuns us every time! Her warmth and friendliness makes the whole experience a complete pleasure.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jan, her cakes and her collaborative approach. When I started looking for a cake maker for our wedding this year I was over the moon to find the Cake Celebrations website and really enjoyed looking at all her wonderful cakes. From the very beginning she has been so lovely to work with. I found an image reference which I thought would be nice recreate but when we saw the actual cake on our wedding day we were completely blown away. It was even better than the pinterest reference with edible golf leaf and pastel roses all over. Truly beautiful and tasted divine. Jan's cake sample box was also fantastic and really helped us narrow down the flavours we wanted for each tier, we even had a gluten free tier which was no issue at all for her. Thank you again Jan for making such a work of art!

Jan was incredible when it came to our wedding cake. She made sure everything was perfect and helped organised everything so I didn't need to worry about the cake on my wedding day. Not only was it delicious, Jan took exceptional time and care to make our cake exactly as we wanted it, including making rabbit cake toppers to celebrate our 'fur babies'! I couldn't recommend her enough.
