Visited early this morning. It appeared to be that there was only one member of staff. Poor guy!!! Rushed off his feet, queue out of the door, trays piling up. ALL WITH A SMILE IN HIS FACE AND REMAINED POLITE AND COURTEOUS. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE PLEASE. Drinks and cakes as delicious as always.

Been wanting to try the Unthank Road Caffe Nero for a while,but usually have my dog in tow so wasn't sure. Happy to say it's not only People Friendly but also very Dog Friendly too.👋🐕 Great service from the Staff who also helped bring my order to the table so I didn't have to juggle a tray & dog. Coffee & Cake was Delicious and the Dog was given a treat too.😊🐕 Thank you guys for a Great Experience & look forward to coming back again soon.
