Well how impressed was I..... Adam thank you for all your help today. Lovely dealing with this chap who was extremely helpful in guiding us with their menus, specially the gluten free availability. His colleague was very helpful too, she went the extra mile to make sure all was happy. Received lovely portion dishes, service, presentation and quality were 10/10. Thank you Adam for a pleasant visit and we definately will be back. Thank you team Regards Deborah

Went in to ordered a breakfast the lady making the breakfast was licking her fingers while making the food, the staff served us a plate of water the bread was wet the poached eggs are rock solid, the staff are rude and incompetent, everyone should completely avoid, food hygiene is 0. There wasn’t any hand washing when touching cash then making the food straight away,

Have been a regular at the cafe and would be place we bring kids regularly to celebrate their little success at school etc. the last 2 visits haven’t been the best and today was the last straw. The pasta served was so less than the regular portion. Hair on plates that I had to go and exchange it! Again no apologies given! This used to be a bliss for us but doubt it will be from now on!

Poor service and staff seem less than enthused. Ordered a large salad and was told I could pick any 6 options, there were 5 dishes and one ‘dish’ was cheese… Nowhere did it say that everything on display was a chargeable extra nor did staff seem willing to compromise. Terrible value for money and had to leave to go and purchase a meal from another restaurant just to stop me feeling hungry!

The place was clean and tidy but the girl behind the counter was not the happiest I’ve ever met, she proceeded to pick my slice of lemon cheese cake up with her hands free from gloves or any kind of cleansing after taking our money and giving us our change, I asked for another piece and pointed out what she had done she didn’t apologise at all. We also asked for sparkling water and got still !! This was changed but didn’t give us a good impression won’t be back any time soon .
