We create arresting content for some of the nation’s most recognisable brands. No project is too big or small, with our clients ranging from the Welsh National Opera to one of London’s leading theatre groups, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres.‍With clients such as Adam Speigel (The Mousetrap), The Institute of Conservation, the British Film Institute, the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings and Opera magazine all choosing to work with us, we are a vital publishing provider to the arts and culture sector. Innovation and imagination are at the forefront of every project we take on. Budgets stretch further, design works harder, our content engages more people, all of which enriches the user experience and inspires loyalty. From redesigns to editorial concepts, and ad sales for the likes of BBC Proms, we will generate greater ROI from your marketing budget. Because we deliver. We pride ourselves on forging strong relationships with our clients to engage in important, honest discussions. Our teams provide uniquely creative editorial, print, publishing and advertising solutions to uniquely difficult challenges. At Cabbells, we take nothing for granted. Cabbells provide cost-effective solutions, printing in excess of 3.5m publications every year. We offer sustainable options: from FSC & PEFC accredited, recycled and chlorine-free papers to non-toxic vegetable-based inks, biodegradable and carbon neutral wrapping. We've been delighted to work with CenturyOne to develop our new magazine. Their professionalism and industry knowledge is second to none – and the results speak for themselves. They were a great partner for our project, and our new magazine has rapidly won over the hearts of our members, as evidenced by our member feedback on all platforms. I would strongly recommend them for your communications project. The BBC Proms is a cultural classical music event like no other, enjoying a special place in the nation’s psyche, being as much a part of the British experience as Glastonbury or Wimbledon. When Cabbells were contacted during the lockdown of of January 2021 to take on the advertising sales for a ‘possible’ BBC Proms event in May, we seized the opportunity to support this exceptional festival of music. In a world where youth is celebrated and old age is regarded as past it, there’s an ongoing debate as to who matters most. The same could be said of 21st century architecture and historical buildings. The emphasis is on the new and, in some circles, the practice of preserving our heritage is regarded as simply not worth the trouble. There were more than a few raised eyebrows when Simon Mayo resigned from the BBC after 32 years of bringing pop and mainstream music to the nation. A much-publicised backlash from listeners after Jo Whiley teamed up with Mayo to host Radio 2’s drive time slot prompted his departure, but it’s where he ended up that sparked the most interest.
