Bullet opened in April 2007 in the heart of the America Ground and Trinity triangle. Originally built as the reading room for the local library, the curved walls make for a unique and cosy environment which is great for people-watching.
Expanding in Feb 2020 has doubled the space and we can now seat larger groups of friends and family comfortably as well as available seating for couples and lone visitors. There are wheelchair accessible toilets with baby change facilities on the ground floor and there is a wider entrance for wheelchair user and pushchairs.

Jayne Hawkins5 StarAnother great breakfast at my favourite cafe. Love this place, food is always yummy and generous, lots of thought and care goes into the extensive vegan options. All the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming, making sure our every whim is catered for. Special mention for Matt, the newish waiter, who manages to be warm, friendly, funny and efficient even when he's really busy.Friday 3rd June 2022

Mark Chaffey5 StarHad a late breakfast here, and it was delicious. Opted for a full English vegan brekkie with added vegan scramble.
The food was piping hot, tasty and overall excellent. The scramble was brilliant dont let the green colour put you off! It was much tastier than the usual tofu scrambles. Vegan sausages were tasty as well.
Service was a little slow but extremely friendly.
