Called for a smashed double-glazed door and a blown double-glazed window. Called back and offered a survey, but gave fairly conservative turnaround time as it was last few business days before Christmas. Came promptly for survey, gave a great price, and then unexpectedly got the units in sooner than expected so came and fitted them much sooner than expected. Fantastic service start to finish.

Highly unreliable and incompetent service. Do not use. They said they would frame a stained glass picture in a glass frame, within a week. Every week they said it was ready, but it never was. Finally, after six weeks, I collected it, but realised they had not framed it straight. They promised to collect it that day, but never did. Phone calls were almost never answered. Money wasted. I have now received a refund, but no apology-- instead I was told that it had been my intention to get a job done for free!

Amazing company, got an excellent quote from them , had all measured and fitted in good time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for glass in Oxford.
