This four storey home has been tastefully and sympathetically redesigned to offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a modern boutique style with more than a nod to the existing period features. The ethos of our bed and breakfast service at Broadstairs is to offer you a comfortable and memorable stay in a beautiful period house in an equally beautiful town. In order to enhance your visit, we offer a concierge service for restaurant reservations and general advice on what to see and do in the area. So whether you are up for a weekend of surfing, a quick weekend getaway or perhaps even a brief honeymoon, we will do everything we can to make it a relaxing, worry-free experience. Situated in the historical resort town of Broadstairs in Kent, it is ideally located for the blue-flag beaches the area is renowned for, the high-speed train link from London Kings Cross / St Pancras (80 minutes) and the vibrant town centre. Being closer to France and Belgium than it is to the county town, Maidstone, it is an ideal rest stop on your way either to or from the continent. Fantastic place to stay. Hosts amazingly attentive. Rooms large and well finished. Bathroom likewise. Breakfasts are carefully created and numerous courses. Could not fault this place to stay. Would highly recommend a stay here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in September 2021 - it was one of the best B&B experiences we have had! The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were delicious. It’s in a great location 10 mins from the beach. Peter and Jenny were very friendly and made us feel welcome and also had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Would definitely recommend to others.

The best B&B in Kent! We had such an amazing stay and would highly recommend staying with Pete and Jenny. They made us the most unreal breakfasts and were super friendly from the moment we got there. The accommodation is lovely and very close to the town centre. We will most definitely be back!

Fantastic B&B. Warm welcome, spacious room with a huge bed and a breakfast worthy of a 5 star hotel. The hosts could not have been more helpful. Just a shame we were only staying one night!
