Our insurer (Hastings) and Repair middleman (Vizion) were absolutely rubbish and unnecessarily delayed our fix however BRM were amazing and thank you again for persevering and communicating with the insurer on our behalf when we were unable to get through to them. The quality of the work that BRM did was incredible and top class (replacement of a whole customised back door of a hybrid Toyota Rav4). I can't recommend BRM highly enough.Thursday 21st April 2022
