These people are giving me a heart attack. Said they would collect our fridge in good working order ‘Covid secure’… Turned up at 6pm, no masks, turned down our fridge as they said it was missing a shelf which in fact never existed as a quick google search revealed. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Should have had Ao take it away when they delivered a new one. Now I’m stuck with a fridge to go to the tip. Don’t bother doing this charity a favour. Save yourself a heart attack.

Partner went in a found the table she wanted. Got selection (and appears to constantly rotate). They do electronics too like kettles and toasters, which are all tested. So very useful. They do delivery too, and are very flexible with timing. Plus it's a charity, so l feel that the money spent is worth it.

Excellent place - not like a lot of charity shops which are asking way too much money & therefore not passing on the charity to others who might need it. This shop has decent quality items at reasonable prices.
