A very unprofessional cowboy outfit. My neighbour had the roof done by these and they damaged my roof and wall, but did not have the decency to let me know, or put it right correctly. They did not leave the roof water tight (twice) so I ended up with a leak in my property. I had the half ridge tiles replaced 8-10 year ago and they were in very good condition, they replaced these with a lower standard, broken/damaged Half ridge tiles, even though when I spoke to them at the beginning of the job, I was told they would be put back on to the same standard of finish as before, which they did not. When bringing these issues up, I was told I was the neighbour and if I complained I would loose and it does not matter about our issues, even though this company caused them! When leaving all broken tiles over the public highway, I asked to see their public liability insurance, the owner told me he would show me Jack unless some one important asks him, even though trading standards and the local council, who I have put an official complaint into, agreed he should produce it when asked. I have now had to call in another roofer to correct the issues and charge my neighbour, who I feel sorry for and has been duped by these cowboys. On another note, the name states ltd company they are not the limited company it was dissolved in 2015 with a county court judgement against them . they are now sole traders and considered maximum risk with significant issues. Never met such an unprofessional, rude, arrogant company!

Paid Terry Chinnock of Britannia roofing nearly £2000 to fix my roof. He supposedly fixed it I had new flooring put down and a week later it was all ruined as the roof start leaking again. He then told me he needed to re do the whole roof at extra cost. I paid him as I now had a ruined floor which I had to throw away ( laminate) as the leak was that big the whole lounge floor was ruined. It’s been over 3 months I’ve been chasing him to put it right, as everyone is aware we have had severe rain over the last 3 days the roof is just leaking so bad I’ve had to move my tenants out into other accommodation. He has refused to answer any of my calls and will not rectify the problem. I will be going to trading standards and I will pursue him via the courts. Please be aware from this horrible cowboy roofer.
