Easily the best estate agents in Leicester. Super responsive, friendly and professional. Never had any issues whatsoever with them for the time I was there (over 2 years) and only stopped using them because I moved out of the Leicester! If I move back to Leicester I know what estate agent to ring!!!

We had an excellent experience working with this company. Michelle and Chloe guided us through the entire process, assisted us in regard with the required documents,they where always helpful and amiable.Good comunication, too. We are pleased with our present apartment and highly recommend them.

I pay for a car park run by Brink Riley Leicester (not accommodation) and unfortunately had quite a bad experience. The car park shutter has broke a few times meaning you are unable to access your car or you can’t park your car back (which can be difficult after 12 hour shifts and not much other parking). After a few days of the shutter not working we collected new keys, however my key did not work with the new lock. I rang the emergency line because there was no where to park after a shift. Unfortunately the way I was spoke to and treated on the phone call was very rude and inconsiderate and I didn’t feel listened to as the response was along the lines of that there is no way the key isn’t working and security can’t do much. I left the phone call quite upset with the way I was spoken to. Luckily I met a friend after a few hours whose key got me into the car park but I was quite disappointed in the lack of support for students Brink Riley offered on the phone call. Today I went to the office and collected a new key and didn’t receive an apology or explanation.

Having Brink Riley as my estate agents has been amazing. I have felt well looked after and not had any trouble! Michele and Chloe have always been very helpful despite how busy they can both get! I would like to mention how understanding they have been whilst I as a student have been living through a pandemic. I have also decided to continue onto my next place with Brink Riley and look forward to another smooth year. Would recommend!
