Roxanne Owens1 StarI booked a tour for this evening as I need full-time nursery as of April. I was advised to come in today (an appointment was made a week prior to this) I've turned up on time at 17:30 with my 7 month old in the cold to be greeted by a lady who advised, "My Manager isn't in this evening, did she not call you?" obviously not... I then asked can we get a quick look a round nonetheless as we've come a long way to which she replied, "No, it's not in my job role, I'll get someone to call you". Didn't take my name, number, apologise or nothing!! The time I walked back to the car (It's quite a walk to their portacabin nursery) changed a nappy the said employee was walking past... so maybe it was home time?!!Tuesday 18th January 2022
