Anna Butcher2 StarI have recently moved to this Care Company, due to the fact, that my previous really lovely Care Provider, wasn't able to provide me with evening calls sadly.
So far I'm not that impressed with this company.
The agreed time for evening calls, isn't being stuck too, and their turning up too early in the evening.
The first meeting with them to discuss my needs, they failed to show up.
I've noticed, that none of the Carers are wearing ID Badges or name badges, which I have brought up with this Care Company.
. Doesn't seem to be very organised and communication doesn't seem to be getting through to the Carers.Monday 14th August 2023

After being messed about by several care companies they have restored my faith in the care providers out there.
When starting my package they supported me in finding the perfect career for my needs and were happy to change thing around to suit my requirements.
I now have regular hours that don’t get changed all the time and a wonderful carer who I can trust and rely spin whole heartedly.
