Great location, attentive staff but unfortunately the food is dire. King prawn starter in a gelatinous sauce, including one still containing the “poop chute”, the most overcooked lamb chops I have ever had the misfortune to encounter and very doughy batter on the fish main course, along with undercooked chips. The food came out way too quickly to have been freshly prepared. This is precisely why you should avoid establishments with large menus… However we will happily return for drinks overlooking the river

Really enjoyed our meal here. Table service is in operation and in addition to the menu is the specials board. Large portions and friendly, helpful staff. As vegetarians, the only gripe is that there are no 'V's on the menu showing veggie meals. There were 'VE's for Vegans and GF for gluten free options. I asked so it wasn't a problem. Definitely visiting again.

Really great atmosphere, food was sensational especially the Chocolate + Orange Bread + Butter pudding, this was the best pudding ever, will return again. Great service too.

Ate here twice over past few days and could not fault. It's a great pub, in a brilliant location. The menu is extensive. The food was great and reasonable value. Service was fantastic by everyone. Will definitely return and will use again.

We decided to go here for a meal with family and we all enjoyed it. The food was delicious and looked appetising. One thing we noticed was they have plenty of staff so service was quick and easy. The atmosphere was just right to sit and enjoy good food with good company
