A lot of negative reviews on here , not all these customers can be wrong and the management and Directors need to take note and make improvements. Taken over all the firms in Gosport but not be able to run it properly and look after their customers or acknowledge when they are wrong and deal with matters fairly or just dealing with the matter would be something. Just a genuine warning to others to be careful of being left without transport from the airport when paying upfront especially during airport troubles at this current time, I was also left without means of getting home as driver wouldn't wait when delays occurred. Unable to speak to a manager overall , uncontactable at the time as out of hours and only a driver answering the phone so my money taken and still in their bank account , paid them for nothing and ended up paying twice to get back once being a very expensive non existent ride home by Bridge. Please be aware of this before booking an airport run and certainly don't pay them upfront.

Requested a pick up late last night after a full days travel from up North. Used bridge cars before and never had an issue. Get picked up by a driver named Terry who was abrasive and rude from the moment we got in the car. I confirmed we were going to the drop off point to which his response was “I can see that”. Get to the destination and he refused to allow us to split the payment which would have taken him all of 10 seconds but couldn’t be bothered to punch the numbers into his card reader twice. I then was left asking this lad (whom I’d never met before) for his full bank details and going through the whole payment confirmation process for no other reason than the driver being bone idle. Won’t be using this service again.

AVOID THIS DRIVER: Your Driver alex is about to arrive outside in a Black mercedes vito Reg EG16AAZ. Have a pleasant journey. * What a terrible company. What should have been a two minute drive from Queens Road to the ferry turned into a tour of Gosport for my elderly mother. She wasnt a local and once the driver Alex knew that, well, he saw pound signs apparently. From Queens Road it should be a straight route from the end of Queens and up Forton road to aldi and then the Gosport ferry. 2 minutes max for goodness sake. Instead my mother was taken all past waitrose, round the council estate by asda, TURNED BACK up to Stoke road, down Avenue Road, onto Forton road and THEN she finally got to the ferry. This ordeal cost my mother £8.00?! To get from Queens road, to the gosport ferry. You disgusting little leeches...
