They seem to be a genuinely nice bunch of people, responsive and friendly. On a non-service based note, I like how they have a copywriter who doesn't use estate agent language to describe properties. Laurence Marks4 StarWe recently sold a brighton flat with BV and were impressed with the selling proposal put to us on valuation. The sale left us ultimately pleased with the price achieved though it is difficult to determine true market value in these volatile times. They are a fair and straightforward working company which overall left us pleased with the service so I would recommend them.
Here and there answers to questions or requested information seemed to not make it back to the buyers, but this is a minor point and didn’t detract from an overall good selling process.Saturday 14th May 2022
