Toby provided us excellent service for the wiring up of our log cabin and flow pool. He and his team are highly professional, always on time and his work is of very high quality. He has checked back with us on completion that everything is working and as we expected, offered to return if anything was not as it should be. He also prepared a useful manual at the end of the job with all the instruction books certificates , guarantees etc. Toby is also a very nice friendly person who is good to have around. Would definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend.

I needed new light fittings and sockets for a walk in closet and from concept to completion, Toby was professional and so helpful. He talked me through different budget options and I always felt I was getting value for money. Toby’s work was immaculate, he didn’t go over deadline or budget and he was extremely courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any electrical work. I will definitely have him back for other jobs.

I called BPM after a heating wiring fault left a residential care home I was working on without heat or hot water. They were able to get someone out to me on extremely short notice and we’re able to rectify the fault within an hour. The engineer they sent worked professionally and put the staff at ease given the sensitivity of the situation. Very impressed will use again.

Absolutely superb from start to finish, clear proposition of the works required, honest evaluation - actually suggesting more cost effective and safe alternatives and a pleasure to have on site! Cleaning up thoroughly afterwards despite me saying no need. Recommend 💯 Minimal tea and coffee requirements! 😂

We needed a communal intercom replaced and I found Toby’s company via a Google search. Living in a self managed block off flats, we require 3 quotes for any works needed. We felt totally at ease when BPM came to quote for us. There was no pushy sales pitch and they genuinely listened to our needs and suggested a few options to make it easier for us to decide. They are extremely professional and was everyone’s preferred choice. Not only are Toby & Jake courteous and reliable, there was no stressing for us and that is what we wanted. We are all extremely satisfied with the work of BPM, infact we have had them back to do further private jobs in our individual apartments.
