Wow. If you can’t communicate with your customers, then maybe don’t work in a place like this? Every time I come here, the staff is rude and mean. You can call yourself lucky if you hear them saying ‘hello’. Not to mention that look at you when you card gets declined, just because you tried to use contacles too many times…. Please, can someone review the staff at this garage? It needa to be replaced.

If you fail to do your ONLY job and you run out of petrol, be that nice and mark it on the big signs, so we don't have to get off the road, just to find a massage on the pistol.

They let a drunk driver drive off...and not only did they not call the police but wouldn't let me borrow the phone to call the police.. also they assisted him to get away from the police..I couldn't belive the whole episode...I would never use this garage again...just hope it wasn't any of their family that was knocked down by the drunk driver...SHAME ON YOU STAFF....1st of January 8am....

Brilliant staff, loved my chats with the guys whilst I was living nearby, actually miss them a bit. Prices are a bit steep, but it's a bp petrol station so to a degree understandable but as the main shop nearby to a homeless hostel, found the prices a bit cheeky. But, either way, I would head down there when in that neck of the woods to see the staff and have a quick chat with them.

I wont be doing a click and collect at this store again, I have never know so rude man in there, it does not say any where on the direction that u need I.d to collect, id if it does I would of gladly grab my I.d for them. It does not even say I.d on Ebay. I would avoid.
