Stay away if you want to use the Gents toilets - not fit for human use, see attached photographs. BP Customer Care not much better, unfortunately! I originally spoke to on-site staff (no help at all) and shortly after BP Customer Care Line via their freephone number on the 7th Feb 2023. The verbal response was helpful, but that is where "customer care" ended. I sent an email - your ref 23586429 - saying how poor the toilets were and included photographs. Their reply promised a store manager would contact me - no luck with that. Complained again, asked for it to be taken to a higher level, and told an area manager would contact me - still waiting! Contacted them again, same promise with the same lack of response. Have tried at least 4 times, and I'm still waiting for a follow up. Tried calling BP head office - told by switchboard I could only complain to the Customer Care Line - guess what, no response! Hopefully, making my complaint a little more public might spur someone to take some action as the toilets are disgusting and a potential health hazard - especially if the staff have to use the same toilets as this service station serves food that is handled by the counter staff. How can a company like BP (or even the Service Area's operator RoadChef) allow this site to get into such a poor condition is amazing- however look at the many other reviews over the last year which make public the poor condition of this site and you have to think BP & RoadChef are not interested in there customers.

Only stopped for coffee on journey back from the airport. Blonde lady who made our coffee, was so cheerful and polite. Whole shop area was clean and tidy.

They keep saying that's due to vandalism the toilets are close , actually they keep soft drink and many many boxex there inside , I'm coming everyday ,I saw them most on the days , it is a shame to do that, lazy people's to clean the toilets they just keep them close with a lying, shame on you bp prices they are high but you terribly

This place is absolutely useless can’t even buy a bottle of water to top up your screen wash!! This is supposed to be a services!! May I suggest you 1. Fix your machines and 2. Actually get some bottles of water if it’s not too much trouble!! Meanwhile il Cary on my journey with my head out of the window so I can see where I’m going!! Seeing as I can’t see out of my windscreen!!
