In line with comments left by other comments, the staff at this station are extremely rude and unhelpful to customers. I used their collect+ service and my parcel was initially refused on the basis that it was ‘too big’. The parcel was approx 60cm x 30cm. This is not large and collect+ do not specify a maximum size. In the end the staff member reluctantly took the parcel but did not give a receipt. The attitude of the staff member was rude and unhelpful just repeating too big. Won’t be using this place for fuel or any other service until the staff have been on a customer service course

December 2021 - Worst gas station for Trucks!! Fuel pumps broken (repeatedly reported problems - ignored ), fuel flies slower than it rains, tall and strange shaped curb next to fuel pumps, nightmare!! July 2022 - After few months everything has changed. the pumps are working very well👌

The guy who works here was extremely rude and a pack of Haribo gummy bears which would normally be 1.50 max in any other store was 3.05 here

Station good, employees the worst. Avoid at all cost. Not kind, not reasonable, just plain dumb and simple. Will be rude, will be condescending and will use words they do not understand.

Used the car wash, it left bird muck in 3 places and there were also watermarks all over the car, don't know if this was due to dirty water. I had to go to another car-wash to get it clean. The staff simply said "Well its working for other people" great response! I was going to use the pressure washer but the cash machine charges £1.95 which was the final straw. The car-wash at the bottom end of St Ives, near the double roundabout, is the same price but actually works.
