I was nervous about going to a new salon after moving to the area. I’ve been to BOX twice and everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional, putting me at ease right away. The salon is modern and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I had my hair cut and coloured by Amina both times who was very friendly and did a perfect job - I’ve had lots of compliments about how my hair has never looked better! :)

Amazing hairdressers, probably one of the best in Basingstoke! The salon is close to the town centre, it's clean and everyone is so friendly and chatty, they always style my hair really well and have reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone ! :)

Salon is easy to find and in a great location, right next to the shopping centre. Salon was lovely and modern, all Covid measures in place and I felt safe. I spoke to stylist to go through what I wanted and then had my hair washed which was lovely and included a head massage. Lauren took my hair from medium, single length to a layered short bob. I absolutely love it. All the staff were very friendly and professional, warm and relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be using this salon from now on.

Had my hair dyed, cut and styled with Harriet. The whole experience was amazing, and my hair which was dead and a nasty ginger colour, now looks healthy, silky, shiny and amazing. Best hairdressing experience I've ever had.
