I can’t express my gratitude enough for the outstanding personal care and service that Bothams, especially Shani, gave to us during a very difficult time. Due to a sudden illness I needed to rent a property to relocate my parents back to Chesterfield to be near the rest of their family as quickly as possible. From the moment of the first viewing, having explained my particular circumstances, Shani proceeded to help me in every way possible to organise and secure the tenancy as quickly as the process would allow. We had many obstacles to overcome along the way but with the help, advice and understanding of this consciousness company and its staff members, we achieved a successful outcome.
